Fitness in Girly's World

Hey guys)))

Finally ive finished dis post)))) March is not so easy month for me cuz i should to do a lot of things on my work, after work plus dont miss my workouts 3 times of a week))) Fitness came in my life 11 monthes ago n im absolutelly happy that it happend))) Fitness is not my first time when i do sport))) 

My first meeting with sport was when i was 10, i was plumpy kid, me n my parents were confused ab this n i started karate)) n no, I not involved in competitions it looked like physical activity 4 plump kid)) when i was 10 i understood one thing: "sport is best way for loosting weight"!!! :))

When i was 16 i was interested by boxing))) i'm absolutely serious, now!))) boxing workouts is hardest workouts ever!!)) 1 workout is 3 hours of intense physical activity, its really hard... believe me)) In 18 i understood that boxing its not mine type of sport...

In 25 when i got weight, i decided to do something with it!! I know about magic effect of sport, since my 10 years)) thats why 11 months ago was my first workout in gym))All i can say, fitness is absolutely mine type of sport n im absolutely happy to have it in my life))))
This post is not professional article ab fitness, this post just based on my own actions, my own minds, my own opinion n my own experience))) Now i wanna share it with u))))

Gym Day Outfit

Hello hommies!!:))

Really happy to see u here;) This time i wanna share with u outfit i'd like to wear for one of this gym days;) Sportchic plus layering its perfect decision for this days cuz u need to take this big sport bag with ur sportwear for workout n containers with healthy food.

Hope u'll like dis look as im;))) Next time i'll share with u my 11th months experience of gym n workouts:)) Oh gosh! i like to be soo useful to all u, my luvs:)))) So, stay turned;)))

Spring Preparation

Hello Guyz!!!

How is ur last monday of winter?:)) Have u prepared to meet spring in new outfits?? As for me im not so ready but my preparation begun in Vilnius (im talkin ab h&m leather skirts) n continued here in Kiev on winter sales:)) I do like winter/summer sales cuz it's great opportunity to buy basics clothes with good quality for good price:))) So how ab u? Do u like grand sales?? What type of clothes u buy on them??

Skirt Mood

Hello hommies! :)

I love January n June/July becuz this is sales monthes;) Last time im fascinated by all types of mini skirts n i really wanna spring time to realire all my ideas in outfits with all my new loves:)) Actually, my next post will show u all my new clothes for the last monthes;) I wore my faved new pieces in one outfit for meeting with my girls:)) n i really can't miss oportunity to take several pics for u;) evening pics cant show u well the quality of skirts but just wait for new post:))

Xmas Holidays 2015. Vilnius (Lithuania)

Hello guyz!!!!

Well, first of all im glad to see u here in 2015 year:))) I hope everyone had amazin New Year Eve;))) I met new year in another country also where i've spend my Xmas Holidays)) Last year i had sooo cool holidays in Europe (here, here, here and here). This year it was Vilnius (Lithuania). We planned to visit Riga city in Latvia but for us sad we haven't done this(( Anyway our trip was really cool:)))Ok, now im sharing with u my feeling of what i saw. Vilnius is amazing city!!! Great atmosphere, kind people, amazin attractions, adorable architecture of old town and so tasty cuisine:)))) 

Ok, so let's talk what u should to try and buy in Lithuania:

1. Traditional Lithuanian cuisine cuz its tasty n everything is cooked from potatoes))

2. Lithuanian beer is really tasty

3. Traditional Lithuanian liqueur 999

4. Lithuanian cheese is so so tasty))

5. Amber goods from jewelery to interior decorations

6. The best plase for shopping is Akropolis Mall.

I really do like baroque style of architecture that's why latest pics of post devoted to this amazin style:)))

Well, i liked Vilnius n i recommend to visit this city:))) Btw, guys i really cant tired to repeating that traweling is always good idea;)))
